End user license agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Monster Puppet Corporation S.L. (NIF: B44673242, Carrer Perú 186 BIS, 08020, Barcelona, Spain) (the "Licensor") for the Python scripts and/or C++ plugins (the "Software") that you have requested. By purchasing and using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

License Grant

Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Software on a single computer, provided that you have purchased a valid license for the number of seats and duration that you have selected. This license is tied to the Mac address of the computer on which the Software was originally requested and activated, and may not be used on any other machine. If you wish to use the Software on another computer, you must purchase an additional seat license.

Use Restrictions

You are not permitted to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to access the source code of the Software. You may modify the Python scripts as much as you wish, but you may not distribute or sell the modified scripts without the prior written consent of the Licensor.

License Duration

Your license is valid for the duration that you have selected at the time of purchase. The available licenses for the Software are tailored to different types of companies. For small companies with less than 10 employees, the only available option is the indie license, which is a lifetime license. For larger companies with 10 or more employees, there are three options: a 1-year professional license, a 3-year professional license, and a lifetime professional license. Each of these licenses is valid for the duration specified and can be terminated by the Licensor when the Software is no longer supported.

Termination

This Agreement and your rights to use the Software will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software in your possession.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is," and the Licensor makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Software or its use. The Licensor does not warrant that the Software will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free. The Licensor may occasionally update the Software to make it compatible with newer versions of Maya or to fix bugs, and these updates will be provided to you free of charge as part of your license. However, the Licensor is under no obligation to provide updates or support for the Software, and you use the Software at your own risk."

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Licensor be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, lost profits, business interruption, or lost information) arising out of the use or inability to use the Software, even if the Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law and Location of Disputes

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any legal disputes that may arise in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Spain

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Licensor, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written. This Agreement may not be amended or modified except in writing signed by both parties.

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Waiver

The failure of the Licensor to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

By using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not use the Software.
